Terms of Service

01. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing this portal, requesting architecture blueprints, or contracting software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All engagements are entered into with YARSA ALLWORKSS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U70200MH2024OPC428841 | GSTIN: 277AABCY875P1Z9).
02. Scope of Services & Deliverables
AllWorkss delivers specialized technical capabilities including:
- Full-Stack Web Engineering: Production Next.js portals, Tailwind CSS design systems, and sub-second Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Google Cloud Run containerization, AWS serverless pipelines, Docker orchestration, and zero-trust IAM policies.
- AI Systems & RAG Pipelines: Python FastAPI microservices, vector search integrations, automated financial anomaly detection, and ABIS SaaS deployments.
- Enterprise & Local SEO: Google Business Profile Map-Pack optimization, programmatic schema networks, and Meta Ads CAPI server-side event tracking.
Specific milestones, warranties, and delivery phases are codified in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the client and the Company.
03. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written Statement of Work:
- Upon receipt of 100% final invoice settlement, custom software code, repositories, and assets engineered exclusively for the client are assigned to the client.
- Proprietary boilerplate libraries, AI base prompts, internal CLI tools, and the Allworkss Business Intelligence Suite (ABIS) core remain the exclusive intellectual property of YARSA ALLWORKSS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
04. Invoicing, Taxes & GST Compliance
All invoices issued by the Company are statutory tax invoices subject to Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Indian clients will receive compliant invoices specifying GSTIN: 277AABCY875P1Z9, enabling input tax credit (ITC) claims where applicable. International payments are processed via verified wire transfer or authorized international payment gateways.
05. Service Level Commitments & Limitation of Liability
We adhere to strict engineering standards and provide a 99.9% uptime target for cloud-managed infrastructures. However, in no event shall YARSA ALLWORKSS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its directors be liable for consequential, incidental, or third-party cloud provider outages beyond the direct consulting fees paid during the preceding billing period.
06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all client engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
